Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Outgrown online store, operated by Outgrown Collective, a sole proprietorship based in Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh, India. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to place an order.

2. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. Logins use email/phone OTP or Google sign-in; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Products & Pricing

• We strive to describe products accurately, but colours may vary slightly across screens.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST. The price shown against a product is the amount payable for it — no tax is added at checkout.
• GST is charged at the rate applicable to each garment by its sale value: 5% for garments priced up to ₹2,500 and 18% above ₹2,500, per garment rather than per order. The tax contained in your order is itemised on the order summary and in your confirmation email.
• Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹100 handling charge, shown separately at checkout and added to the amount payable. Prepaid orders ship free.
• Products are subject to availability; we may limit quantities or discontinue items.

4. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it (e.g., stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors).
• Online payments are handled by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available with a shipping fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund you if we cannot fulfil it.

5. Offers, Coupons & Combos

• Coupons and combo offers are subject to their stated conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• Combo offers apply to prepaid orders only, are limited to one combo per order, and cannot be combined with a coupon.

6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Reviews & User Content

Only verified purchasers may review a product. By posting a review or photo, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on our store. Do not post unlawful, offensive, or infringing content; we may remove content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

The Outgrown name, logo, designs, product imagery, and site content are owned by Outgrown Collective and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to breach security, scrape data, disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and products are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Outgrown is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Outgrown against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
